TGA Influencer Posting Guidelines

The new TGA guidelines are flickin' annoying, but important to understand. Who is the TGA? The Therapeutic Goods Administration is the medicine and therapeutic regulatory agency of the Australian Government. Since sunscreen products are classed as drug products, they are regulated by TGA. So, what are these new TGA rules? If you’re gifted a product that falls under the TGA guidelines on social, you can post about it via an endorsement, but you can’t provide a testimonial and/or “personal opinion” on the product.

Simply put you can only state facts about the product. Please do not discuss how you feel about the product and/or your experience with it as this is deemed a "personal review" and goes against TGA rules.

An example of what is acceptable:

"Quick Screen Prep is a SPF50+ sunscreen with UVA & UVB protection. It also acts as a moisturiser and makeup primer. It contains ingredients like hyaluronic acid, raspberry extract and tomato extract. Antioxidants aid in blue light defence and environmental pollutants. It doesn't leave a white cast to the skin. It's vegan and cruelty-free and made in Western Australia."

"Quick Screen Set is a sunscreen spray with SPF50+ UVA and UVB protection. It can also be used as a finishing spray over makeup and contains hydrating ingredients such as vegan squalene. It also contains antioxidants like tomato extract to aid in blue light defence and environmental pollutants. It can be applied under or over makeup and won't leave a white cast. It's vegan and cruelty-free and is made in Western Australia. It can be used to re-apply sunscreen every 2-3 hours."

We also advise including the following statement in your post:

"Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Avoid prolonged high-risk sun exposure and midday sun. Wear a hat, protective clothing and sunglasses when exposed to the sun. Re-apply frequently and after sweating, swimming or towelling."

We care about our creators, and as our Quick Screen products fall under these new guidelines, we highly encourage you to understand and follow these requirements or alternatively seek further clarity from the TGA website here.

Discount Codes, Promotions and Pricing

Discount codes can be applied at checkout and are not valid in conjunction with any other discount, code, free gift or promotion. Depending on the nature of a promotion, any particular discount code may override the other. Promotional pricing, discounts or offers are run from time to time at the discretion of The Quick Flick. Gift with Purchase is limited to one (1) free gift per order. The gift is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is available while supplies last. Details of these activities may change without notice and be subject to specific terms and conditions as promoted in line with the activity.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.quickbeauty.com (the “Site”).
