It also has antimicrobial properties which helps in keeping your products bacteria-free for longer while recognising the importance of your skin and eye health.
Candelilla Wax
Candelilla Wax is a vegan wax used to replace beeswax in cosmetic and skincare formulas. It has skin-conditioning properties rich in nutrients. Its high oil-binding capacity makes it useful in adjusting viscosity in water-in-oil emulsions.
Canola Oil

Caprylyl Glycol
Caprylyl Glycol is a chemical compound used in several of our beauty innovations. It functions as a skin conditioning agent and a humectant moisturiser which means it’s a hydrating ingredient that works by attracting water to and holding it in the skin. Its preservative-like properties help in increasing the shelf-life of your product. That way, you don’t have to worry too much about when your Quick Flick products are going to expire.
Carnauba Wax
Carnauba Wax is a natural “vegetable” wax derived from the Carnauba Tree native in Brazil. Carnauba Wax is commonly used as a stabilising agent in cosmetic and skincare formulations focused on maintaining consistency despite high temperatures. It has emollient, moisturising and skin-protective properties which makes it an ideal hypoallergenic ingredient even for sensitive skin.
Cruelty-Free
Cruelty-free means that the products and ingredients used in the formulation have not been tested on animals. It does not mean that the products are vegan. At The Quick Flick, we strive to be 100% cruelty-free and vegan. This means refraining from selling in certain countries to avoid mandatory testing on animals. We also pay attention to our formulation, packaging and distribution, to ensure that our brand stays true to its clean, honest and eco-friendly approach to beauty and cosmetics.

Derived from coconut oil using an environmentally friendly process, sodium coconut oil acylglycine is a mild, hypoallergenic and non-comedogenic compound safe for your skin.

Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer
Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer is a synthetic compound used in cosmetics used to form a film over the skin which functions as an adhesive. Its opaque properties and large molecular properties make it a non-hazardous substance since it is unlikely to be absorbed by the skin. Our decision to choose a synthetic compound over a natural alternative was based on prioritising your skin health first.
Sunflower Oil
Sunflower Oil is a moisturising, regenerating and conditioning ingredient. Its properties benefit all skin types especially mature, sensitive and damaged skin. It contains several compounds like Oleic Acid, Vitamin E, Sesamol and Linoleic Acid which are beneficial in your overall skin health. It is also a non-comedogenic carrier oil which makes it a non-irritating ingredient for most skin type including acne-prone and combination skin.
Surfactant
Surfactant is a commonly used word in the beauty industry. It means a surface-active ingredient. A surfactant acts as a stabiliser for oil and water mixtures by reducing surface tension. It keeps oil and water formulations from separating.
