SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping: As this product cannot be shipped via air it is not available to NZ customers or with express post. Please select standard shipping at checkout. Your order will be shipped with Australia Post and include a tracking number. Currently delivery times via Australia Post are 2-10 business days depending on your location. Our warehouse ships from NSW, Australia.

Returns: We happily offer store credits if you purchase a product that’s not right for you. Please note, your product must be unused and returned within 30 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Any damaged or faulty products will be replaced when reported within 14 days of receiving.
